About Inner Peace

I support people in their growth process in English and Polish.

According to research, over 70% of us have experienced some type of traumatic event. The scale of these experiences is enormous, and life after trauma is not the easiest. It is very difficult for us to understand what happened and adjust to life before. Intrusive memories, problems with concentration and sleep, irritation, anger, fear and shame often lead us through life. It is very difficult for us to achieve inner peace.

​Overlapping life experiences can often throw us off balance. Often, after the fact, we wonder what caused us to lose peace, control and even health.

Most of our life's problems are related to unconscious subconscious processes that are often caused by trauma.

I understand the burden and frustration you may feel when you struggle with everyday problems and don't know how to help yourself.

Achieving inner peace is often our motivation, but for many of us it is a rarely available state (Zen). As a trauma therapist and Mindfulness consultant, I know how important it is to understand ourselves and what drives us.
I will try to help you by providing support, listening and understanding. ​
